Will I lose weight doing this?

Whilst I can’t guarantee results, I can tell you that I am hyper focused on you making sustainable changes, and if you commit to implementing the small steps and bringing your results to the group, together we can unpack what is going on for you.

Why W8? is not a ‘go hard or go home’ and see how much weight you can drop type program!

Anyone can force their body to drop weight, BUT you can’t force it to stay off!

This is an interactive learning experience, and you have complete permission (and encouragement) to go at your own pace!

We have a strong community vibe, so I encourage you to contribute by offering your own experiences, insights and a-ha moments with each other as generously and as often as you can.

The more you show up, be real and vulnerable and supportive of each other, the more we grow as a group together.

The results you will get from this program are totally up to you.

What do I need to know before I join Why W8?
There is no assumed knowledge – you don’t have to know anything before joining – we will meet you where you are at. It is about attitude, though.

If you’re ready for lasting change and you want this to be the last time you start over, this is the program for you.
If this is the program for you, you will feel an inner calling – answer that call & join us!

Will I have to tell everyone how much I weigh?
Goodness no! Your weight is not our focus.
I am the weight loss coach who doesn’t do weigh-ins!
Will this help me lose 10kg before my wedding next month?
No. I am in the game of lasting transformation, not unsustainable weight loss.

This is not a “done-for-you” program, this isn’t like walking into a shop and paying someone to remove all your fat for you (that’s called liposuction – and although that may seem easier, while they can suck away your fat, they cannot suck away the negative thoughts you have about your body).

Should I wait for the next round?
There is a reason it’s called Why W8? The name says it all.

If you’re looking for a reason to wait, you’re always going to find one.

My question to you is what are you waiting for? What is going to be different 3 months from now?

My guess is not much. 3 months from now you will be thinking the exact same things you are now, and will likely put it off for another round.

Change is rarely ever convenient.

There is always going to be hesitancy. Is now the right time? Can I really do this? What is going to be different this time? And so on and so forth.

Your time is now.

Why W8? Is a mindset program like no other. We are here to connect and support each other regardless of what else is going on. Change doesn’t happen in a vacuum. There never is going to be a right time.

Almost every client who works with me says their only regret is not joining sooner!

Do you give me a step by step plan to follow?

No, and here’s why.

Want to lose weight? A simple google search will provide you with the perfect solution, how-to-guide or expert claiming they’ve created the perfect system or program to help you.

‘Use our simple system and lose weight rapidly for good’ – the experts touting these programs promise big results as long as you follow their step-by-step plan to the letter.

While some of this advice is helpful, there is NO single perfect process for weight loss.

And what’s worse, we often join these programs with the highest of hopes, and we may even get some success. But we can’t maintain it and gain the weight back and blame ourselves for being a failure because the program worked ‘while I was on it’ or it worked for the peeps in the glossy testimonials.

It’s from this frustration that Why W8 was born.

Each of us has our own personalised blue-print, our unique body and the habits that work best for us, we just need to uncover them. While I know some amazing tools for weight release, I also know that not every tool works for every body and trying to follow someone else’s ‘how-to’ guide can be frustrating and disheartening.

So instead of providing a plan, I invite my clients to observe their current habits, journal their challenges, and examine their results, and from this place make exciting new discoveries about who they are as a person, and how they can incrementally change to who they long to be.

What if I can’t keep up?
The overarching premise of Why W8? Is ‘you do you.’

There is no requirement to keep up, we all go at our own pace.

All content and group coaching calls are recorded and available for you to watch and re-watch for the duration of the program.

Take the time you need, to make the changes you desire.

What if I fail?
I don’t believe in failure, only feedback.

When we turn our setbacks into lessons, they become wins.

If you approach this work with a growth mindset and a willingness to grow there will always be lessons.

Do I have to buy anything else?
There are NO hidden costs as in supplements, pills, powders or potions.

All you will need is a good old fashioned pen and paper. A decent internet connection and device of your choice. You will also need a facebook account and ability to access Zoom.

What’s the time commitment?
I recommend for the full benefit of this program, that you commit to at least two hours per week for watching the calls AND putting them into practice.
